Business Development Representative - The Intersect Group Responsibilities:
Accurately interpret and post payments, denials, and adjustments from third-party and government payers.
Document and report payment discrepancies; collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues promptly.
Review and analyze insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), payment details, and electronic remittance advices (ERAs) to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate and process account refunds, complex adjustments, and collection account activities in compliance with company policies.
Research and reconcile unapplied or missing payments to maintain accurate account balances.
Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels to support payment and account resolution processes.
