What You'll Do
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment
Performing preventive maintenance and completing required inspections
Supporting building repairs including plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep
Partnering with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring issues
Ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards and Tosca protocols
Strictly following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and LOTO
Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is helpful
Ability to work overtime when needed
Work Schedule We Hire Maintenance Technicians Across All Charlotte Shifts
1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sun–Thu)
