What You’ll Do

Assign, update, and track delivery routes using internal systems

Respond to exceptions (e.g., delivery delays, failed scans) and escalate when necessary

Ensure data accuracy in route tracking, POD status, and driver documentation

Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues

Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and internal documentation

Prepare reports related to dispatch performance, incidents, or delivery delays

Assist with updating system entries and filing delivery paperwork

Support new driver onboarding and training session coordination

Follow up on POD issues, delivery errors, or customer feedback

Track high‑risk or repeat issue cases and flag them for supervisor attention

Qualifications

Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.

Location: San Antonio, TX | Salary: $61,000.00 – $79,700.00
