About The Role At UniUni, we value career growth and provide opportunities for lateral moves and promotions. The Operations Assistant works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient handling and distribution of inbound products.

What You’ll Do

Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products.

Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork.

Arrange for pickup of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules.

Communicate effectively with other departments.

Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor.

Encourage safe work practices in others.

Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance.

Provide weekly report updates.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, or Associate’s degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience.

Moderate computer skills; assist in report data collection.

Strong sense of responsibility; follows supervision; possesses good communication skills.

Morning shift 6 am – 2 pm.
