You will be working across a busy production facility. Responsible for the maintenance both Electrically and Mechanically of all equipment and systems within the factory. You will be experienced with electronics, electrics, pneumatics, controls and instrumentation and have a
strong electro-mechanical skillset.
Responsibilities include as a Maintenance Technician:
Proactive and reactive maintenance of production machinery
Working with PLC’s, instruments, microprocesses and electrical components
Maintain Complex electrical faults, electronics and pneumatic controls
Planned and reactive maintenance (PPM)
PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
Complete installations and troubleshooting on production machinery.
Complete project work as needed by the business.
Service and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
Qualification & Experience needed:
Experience in a production Manufacturing environment
Industrial maintenance (Minimum 4 Years)
Electrical troubleshooting and fault finding
3-phase electrics and electrical systems
Machine maintenance experience (Food/FMCG/Packaging or similar)
