Salary Range:
$48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for faults.
Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts, components, or systems to restore functionality.
Install, commission, and relocate manufacturing equipment as required.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and company policies.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history logs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical technology.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, preferably with production machinery.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems (e.g., PLCs, motor controls, sensors, VFDs).
Strong mechanical aptitude, including experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and procedures, including LOTO.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and fabrication.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Formal training or certification in hydraulics and pneumatics.
