Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Property Manager for a well‑established apartment community in Cumberland, Rhode Island to join its team of property management professionals. Responsibilities
Operate the property within established financial guidelines, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with the existing LIHTC and Project‑Based Section 8 program. Maintain high occupancy, review delinquent accounts, and take required action. Respond to all resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Work with EIV, Procoreun reporting (RIH specific), voucher administration, and waitlist management. Qualifications
Knowledgeable with affordable housing programs, including federally‑assisted and all state and local housing regulations. Ability to process rental applications, qualify prospective residents, manage waitlist and waitlist updates. Knowledgeable in the recertification process and all aspects of recertifications. Ability to properly calculate income, assets, and rent levels. Strong time‑management, organizational, and resident‑relations skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Self‑motivated with initiative. Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of related hands‑on property management and supervisory experience. Extensive knowledge of OneSite and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong LIHTC and Project‑Based Section 8 experience. Procoreum reporting (RIH specific). Compensation and Benefits
