Warehouse Supervisor Full‑time | On‑site | Leadership Role in Operations & Materials Flow

Are you energized by leading people, driving process improvement, and keeping operations running smoothly? We’re seeking a

hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor

to lead a fast‑paced materials environment supporting production and distribution.

Our client — a rapidly growing global manufacturer — is investing heavily in building a world‑class supply chain organization to support its North American growth.

In this role, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations — from inbound and outbound materials movement to inventory accuracy and team leadership — while fostering a culture of

safety, accountability, and continuous improvement .

Pay Base pay range: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do

Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse activities to ensure material flow aligns with production and shipping priorities.

Drive

inventory accuracy

and accountability through cycle counts and process control.

Coordinate materials transfers, logistics, and delivery scheduling across departments.

Lead and coach a warehouse team — conducting regular feedback sessions, safety meetings, and performance reviews.

Champion

5S principles

and a culture of safety, quality, and housekeeping excellence.

Partner cross‑functionally with planning, purchasing, and production teams to meet on‑time delivery goals.

Promote employee engagement by encouraging ideas that improve efficiency, cost, and safety.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment.

Strong understanding of material flow, inventory management, and MRP systems.

Proven leadership and team‑development skills.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability in a high‑activity environment.
