Maintenance Technician | St. Johns, MI
Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime.
Install, commission, and de‑commission manufacturing equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation of work performed.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures, during all tasks.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex industrial machinery.
Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and other industrial control systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Commitment to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
Relevant technical certification or degree, or equivalent on‑the‑job training.
Bonus Qualifications
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Welding and fabrication skills.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Robotics troubleshooting experience.
