Job Summary We're looking for a driven

B2B Sales Rep

to help grow our presence in the Long Beach and Torrance markets. This is a true hunter role focused on selling commercial HVAC service agreements directly to building owners and CEOs. You'll be responsible for building and managing your own book of business through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach. You’ll be supported with qualified leads, comprehensive HVAC training, a structured onboarding process, and HubSpot CRM. If you’re motivated by closing deals, expanding territory, and making a tangible impact within a collaborative, growth‑minded team—this is the opportunity for you.

Office & Field Days Tuesday & Friday are office days for paperwork; field days on M/W/Th for client visits.

What We Offer

Base salary: $65,000 – $95,000 + uncapped commission (% of sales)

Requirements & Qualifications

3–5 years of B2B sales experience (required)

Proven success in outbound sales or cold calling environments

Background in selling technical or service‑based products

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Highly self‑motivated with a hunter mentality

Strong communication and presentation skills

Comfortable selling directly to C‑level executives and building owners

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Track record of achieving or exceeding quotas

Preferred: 5+ years of experience, small business sales background, or sales team leadership experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Build and manage a personal sales pipeline using HubSpot

Set appointments and conduct in‑person and virtual client meetings

Sell commercial HVAC service agreements tailored to client needs

Develop strong relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders

Close new business and expand client base in Long Beach and Torrance

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with internal service and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

Participate in Tuesday & Friday office days for paperwork; field work on M/W/Th

Represent the brand with professionalism, knowledge, and integrity
