Java Backend Developer with Python and AWS

Key Responsibilities

Develop, and maintain

backend microservices

using

Python

Build and deploy

cloud-native applications

leveraging AWS services

Develop event-driven and serverless architectures using AWS managed services

Implement secure, scalable, and highly available solutions

Integrate AWS services such as

S3, Glue, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, Load Balancers, and Aurora DB

Implement

IAM, KMS , and security best practices

Build and manage data pipelines and integrations with

Databricks

Implement application

logging, monitoring, and alerting

using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, DevOps, and product teams

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in

Python

for backend development

Solid experience with

AWS cloud services

, including:

S3, Glue, IAM, KMS

Lambda, SNS, SQS

Step Functions, EventBridge

API Gateway, Load Balancers

Aurora DB

CloudWatch

Experience designing and developing

microservices architectures

Strong understanding of

serverless and event-driven systems

Experience with

Databricks

and large-scale data processing

Hands-on experience with

logging, monitoring, and observability tools

(Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)

Strong understanding of

data lake concepts

Nice to Have

Experience working with

Snowflake
