Overview Cymbiotika is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing & Retention to lead customer engagement and loyalty initiatives. This role will own our Klaviyo lifecycle programs (email, SMS, and push) while managing and optimizing our Subscription and Loyalty Programs as key drivers of retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—able to turn customer insights into compelling campaigns that drive repeat purchase, increase lifetime value, and strengthen brand affinity.
This position reports to the Head of Digital Growth & Retention and partners cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, R&D, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain to deliver a best-in-class retention strategy.
Key Responsibilities Lifecycle Marketing (Email, SMS, Push)
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of Klaviyo lifecycle programs (welcome, onboarding, replenishment, win-back, loyalty nurturing, etc.).
Develop and manage segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, high-performing campaigns.
Test and refine messaging, cadence, and creative to continuously improve engagement and revenue.
Partner with Creative to develop campaigns that reflect Cymbiotika’s brand voice and resonate with our audiences.
Subscriptions & Loyalty Program
Manage Cymbiotika’s Subscription and Loyalty Programs as core drivers of retention, purchase frequency, and customer value.
Develop and optimize subscription strategies to increase sign-ups, retention, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Align loyalty promotions and perks with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor program health and member engagement, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Build customer loyalty through tailored offers, VIP experiences, and retention-focused initiatives.
Analytics & Insights
Track and report on key retention KPIs including repeat purchase rate, churn, LTV, AOV, and subscription MRR.
Translate customer behavior and data insights into actionable retention strategies.
Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and improve visibility into performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align retention strategies with Paid Media and Acquisition for a seamless customer journey.
Collaborate with R&D, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Creative to maximize retention impact on launches and promotions.
Present campaign performance, learnings, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, with a track record of driving measurable revenue growth.
Strong expertise in Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, analytics); experience with SMS and push campaigns preferred.
Experience managing subscription and loyalty or membership programs as part of a retention strategy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into growth strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across teams.
Passion for wellness, customer engagement, and building long-term relationships.
