We are seeking an accomplished
Vice President of Sales – Europe
to lead and scale our commercial operations across key European markets. This is a senior leadership role within a global professional services organisation, operating in a highly consultative B2B environment. The successful candidate will shape strategy, build high‑performing teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth across complex solutions and enterprise engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with European business objectives.
Drive growth across a portfolio of consulting services, training programmes, and enterprise solutions.
Lead and inspire a geographically dispersed sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and decision‑makers across industries.
Oversee the full sales lifecycle, ensuring effective pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Delivery, Operations, and Legal to deliver a seamless go‑to‑market approach.
Represent the organisation at client meetings, industry forums, and executive briefings.
Actively coach and develop the sales team while staying hands‑on with strategic deals to drive success.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 8+ years managing large, distributed teams.
Proven success in consultative enterprise sales within professional services or related sectors.
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales operations across multiple regions.
Expertise in strategic account management, pipeline governance, and enterprise deal execution.
Deep familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies to drive qualification and deal progression.
Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 30%).
Preferred Location Candidates should be based in the
UK or Germany
