Job Description Cleans and maintains daily all halls, offices, shops, classrooms, restrooms, conference rooms, labs, gym areas, locker rooms, elevators, floors, floor coverings, entrances, entrance walks, steps, patios, concourses, interior and exterior glass surfaces, ceiling lights, and Venetian blinds. Includes sweeping, dusting, dust‑mopping, wet mopping, spot‑mopping, reconditioning floors, spot washing and cleaning walls, doors, partitions, vacuuming, shampooing, striping, sealing, waxing, emptying and cleaning waste cans, trashcans, recycle bins, water fountains, and doormats. Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday (20 hours per week). Shift times and days may vary for special events or departmental needs.
Expected Salary $16.00 per hour
Minimum Requirements Completion of ninth grade.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma.
Two (2) years of commercial custodial experience.
Health Assessment Required YES
