Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in millwright work, welding, hydraulics, electrical systems, and fabrication. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands‑on environment, tackling complex mechanical challenges to ensure the optimal performance of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Maintenance & Repair:

Install, dismantle, repair, and maintain heavy machinery and equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems.

Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools to meet operational specifications.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they lead to downtime.

Automated Paint Line systems

Welding & Fabrication:

Utilize welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) to fabricate, repair, and modify metal components and structures.

Cut, grind, and assemble metal parts to create custom solutions for equipment modifications and repairs.

Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.

Replace seals, gaskets, and other components to ensure system integrity and performance.

Electrical Systems:

Diagnose and repair electrical components such as motors, switches, relays, and control panels.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during all electrical work.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on millwright tasks, welding, hydraulics, electrical systems and paint booth systems.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).

Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair.

Familiarity with fabrication tools and techniques.

Certifications:

Welding certification (e.g., AWS) preferred.

Forklift and overhead crane operation certification a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills.
