General Scope This person will be a member of our warehouse team, providing movement of all inventory items and receipt of inbound purchases. Job Requirements
Accurately pick, verify raw material from warehouse locations to WIP to ensure continuous supply to production.
Receive and put away finished goods and return raw material from production to stock in a timely manner.
Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy in a controlled and organized manner.
Ensure all materials are properly identified and stored per company policies.
Safely and efficiently move materials to and from warehouse locations utilizing material handling equipment including pallet jacks, carts and forklift as necessary.
Count and break down material into floor bin quantities.
Ensure all obsolete and/or expired product is properly dispositioned.
Accurately perform material transaction within ERP system.
Deliver material between facilities and other locations as necessary.
Run daily manifests and perform end of day tasks.
Maintain safe working practices and environment.
Skills
Previous experience in a materials role, preferably in a manufacturing environment including inventory tracking and cycle counting.
Fork lift certified.
Skilled working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
Valid driver's license with excellent safety record.
Experience in inventory control systems and transactions.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Education/Training: 2‑year diploma in business or technical discipline desired; 5‑years directly related experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Able to work under supervision.
Attention to detail/accuracy on BOLs, inventory documentation, and receiving packing slips.
Physically able to safely lift materials and products weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
Comfort with taking direction and constructive coaching.
Authorized to work in the US.
