What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with the day‑to‑day coordination of national events, managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
Help coordinate event logistics such as venue arrangements, travel and hotel bookings, and registration processes
Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners, assisting with communications and contract tracking
Track event budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting
Collaborate with regional event coordinators and department teams to support event planning efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination, project support, or related roles
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Professional demeanor and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with senior leadership and effectively communicating across all organizational levels
Ability to travel for on‑site event execution, site inspections, training, or attending industry conferences
