Pixartprinting, a Cimpress Company, is opening a new facility in Warrendale, Pittsburgh (PA). We are seeking a skilled
Manufacturing Operator
to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on operating and maintaining cutting equipment, ensuring high‑quality output while adhering to production schedules.
Pixartprinting specializes in customized online printing services, producing magazines, catalogues, labels, packaging, and printing on textiles. The company handles 15,000 print jobs a day.
Responsibilities
Load materials onto the cutter and supervise the cutting process.
Ensure accurate cutting and trimming according to job specifications.
Inspect finished work for quality and report any errors.
Unload finished products and prepare them for the next production stage.
Calibrate and set up the cutter based on specific job requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot the cutter to maintain optimal performance.
Package finished product and print the waybill for shipment.
Use the production management system during all processing stages.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in structured companies.
Good knowledge of cutting machinery (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with PC usage.
Willingness to work shifts.
