We are seeking a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts and industrial lift equipment to move materials.
Pull, stage, and deliver parts for production and accurately stock warehouse inventory.
Perform shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing materials.
Pack crates and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
1+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing; forklift experience preferred.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
Must wear PPE (steel‑toe boots, gloves, safety glasses).
Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs independently and 75 lbs with assistance.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and working in a manufacturing environment.
