What is Required (Qualifications):

1-3 years of retail management experience, either current or former

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment driven by metrics

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in coaching and mentoring team members

Familiarity with retail technology and systems

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom

Willingness to travel as needed
