About the Opportunity

We are partnered with a well-established and growing general contractor in the Raleigh market seeking an experienced

Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

to lead complex, high-profile construction projects across senior living, healthcare, and higher education sectors. This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned professional who values project ownership, team leadership, and seeing projects through from preconstruction to closeout.

The ideal candidate brings

10+ years of construction project management experience , a strong track record of stability and tenure, and the ability to successfully manage either

large-scale projects ($50M+)

or

multiple concurrent mid-sized projects .

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle project delivery, from preconstruction planning through final turnover

Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk on complex commercial projects

Coordinate closely with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams

Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and change management

Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Engineers as needed

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a GC

Proven experience delivering projects in senior living, healthcare, and/or higher education

Background managing large single projects ($50M+) or multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrated career stability and long-term tenure (this is critical)

Strong leadership, communication, and owner-facing skills

Degree preferred but

not required

- experience and performance are prioritized
