Overview Systems, LLC is an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment, producing under the Poweramp, DLM, and McGuire brands. Our facilities in Germantown, Wisconsin and Malvern, Arkansas design and manufacture products entirely in the USA using lean techniques. We offer continuing education and training for career advancement.

Responsibilities

Receipt and verification of all incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and returned goods.

Check goods against purchase orders or receiving slips, maintain records, and prepare receiving reports.

Identify and confirm quantity, type, size, part numbers, dimensions, and other specifications.

Route or deliver materials to storage or manufacturing locations.

Label, store, and inventory items as needed.

Process warranty items, including entering Returned Goods authorizations into the database.

Collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory Control to ensure accurate inventory levels and necessary adjustments.

Cross‑train in shipper position, preparing domestic and foreign shipments per shipping requirements.

Operate forklift (with necessary certification) and work with cranes and hoists.

Adhere to safety procedures as a safety‑sensitive position.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

At least one year of shipping/receiving experience in heavy manufacturing.

Experience in heavy metals manufacturing industry.

Basic proficiency in computer operations (email, databases, spreadsheets).

Valid driver's license.

Forklift experience.

Benefits Base pay is offered in the $15.00–$21.17/hr range, varying by factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility), and participation in a short‑term incentive plan per policy.
