Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment marketed under the Poweramp, DLM, and McGuire brands. With manufacturing facilities in Germantown, Wisconsin and Malvern, Arkansas, all products are designed and produced in the USA using lean manufacturing techniques.
Responsibilities
Perform simple fitting and/or mechanical type assembly of parts, sub‑assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
Operate cranes, hoists, or lift tables.
Conduct basic inspection to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
Identify product defects and report issues to appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate production records and logs.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and help managers enforce compliance across teams.
Protect company reputation by maintaining confidentiality of information.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reading publications, establishing networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
No minimum education required.
No prior experience required.Ability to read tape measure and blueprints.
Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and mechanical aptitude.
Pay range: $17.07–$24.06 /hr (base pay may vary). A comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short‑term incentive plan are also offered.
