Shipping & Receiving Clerk

to join their team in Frederick, MD. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and supporting production activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with care, including sensitive equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory levels using Lean principles and ERP systems.

Perform frequent audits and keep documentation up to date.

Communicate with vendors and team members to resolve discrepancies.

Keep the dock and storage areas organized and compliant.

Support continual improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

At least one year of experience working with SAP in a warehouse setting. Prior experience in an inventory clerk or similar role.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge:

Basic warehouse procedures, measurement tools, and inventory control.
