What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and conduct safety checks
Support facility repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and general upkeep
Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve recurring equipment problems
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety protocols
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures with precision and consistency
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO
Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480 V/3‑phase, DC motors, Yaskawa AC drives, wiring, and control logic
Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus
Ability to work overtime as needed
Work Schedule
1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sun–Thu)
