What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician at our Green Bay Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues
Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections
Supporting building needs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, cleaning, and general upkeep
Working closely with the maintenance team to resolve recurring mechanical or electrical issues
Ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety protocols
Demonstrating strong working knowledge of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
What We Are Looking For We’re looking for a technician who brings strong mechanical and electrical experience and thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (mechanical/electrical)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Understanding of OSHA safety regulations, including LOTO
Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480 v/3‑phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems
Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required
Flexibility to support overtime and changing business needs
Work Schedule We hire Maintenance Technicians across all Green Bay shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 AM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
