Location: Gilbert, AZ (100% In-Office)

Pay: $19-21 an hour

Role Overview We are seeking a

full-time Service Coordinator

to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. In this important role, you will support residents, vendors, and property managers by coordinating maintenance requests from start to finish while ensuring excellent service at every step.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with 3rd-party vendors, team members, and residents

Respond to emails and voicemails within required timeframes

Answer inbound calls per call handling and answer-rate expectations

Manage vendor relationships and secure competitive pricing while ensuring quality standards

Present estimates to property managers and obtain approvals

Monitor, track, and facilitate work orders from creation through completion

Ensure work orders and projects are completed promptly and accurately

Update and monitor dashboards for new and existing work orders

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service mindset - a true Customer Service Champion

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems

Minimum 2 years of experience

in customer service, coordination, or dispatch

Experience and knowledge of property maintenance are required

Must be available Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM to5:00 PM, reporting daily to the Gilbert office

Participation in an on-call rotation approximately once per month (frequency depends on team size)

Our Hiring Process:
