About the job Salesperson (Property Management)
Are you a go-getter, hunter, and closer looking to make an impact in real estate sales? Rosenbaum Realty Group is seeking a highly driven Salesperson to join our growing team.
An active Arizona Real Estate License is required.

This role is focused on generating and closing new business accounts for property management across multiple markets. The right candidate thrives on building relationships, chasing opportunities, and closing deals. Youll need grit, resilience, and a passion for sales.
Compensation Base salary: $60,000 per year Uncapped commissions -

Travel This position requires travel to Tucson, Prescott Valley, and surrounding areas , in addition to the Phoenix Valley.

500 units valley-wide , with a strong presence in Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe, Apache Junction, Tucson, and Prescott Valley. Our mission is built on
teamwork, integrity, growth, and service , and we are looking for sales professionals who share these values.
Responsibilities Prospect, network, and develop new property management accounts Contact and follow up with incoming leads Run rental comparisons and market analysis Build, nurture, and maintain partnerships with Realtors and referral sources Close deals
and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications 3-5 years of
proven sales and business development experience
(real estate industry preferred) Track record of
hunting and closing new business Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of local/regional real estate markets and trends Base salary + unlimited commission potential
Qualified applicants will receive a text/email invitation to complete a short assessment.
Upon completion, candidates will be scheduled for a 20-30 minute Zoom/video interview.
Finalists will then be invited to our office for an in-person interview.
