Where You'll Make a Difference
Operate equipment in enzyme production areas to ensure efficient manufacturing
Monitor processes and adjust parameters to maintain quality standards
Collaborate with engineers to optimize production and troubleshoot issues
Work with Delta V process control system for accurate operations
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Document operational data and report deviations promptly
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts
What Makes You the Right Fit
High School Diploma/GED
required
A.A./B.S. or related degree in a scientific or technical field
(preferred)
2+ years of experience in a mechanical or industrial plant environment
Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Strong team player, able to work in a multidisciplinary environment
Ability to lift 55 pounds
Pre‑employment drug screen and background check required
