Shift Details:
7:00 pm – 7:30 am — As needed
Work Location:
Crisis – Franklin County Crisis Care Center
Salary/Hourly Wage:
$39.00 – $41.00 per hour
Specialties / Licenses or Certifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
State designation as required per state regulations.
Summary of Job:
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the administrative needs of an assigned shift including utilization and capacity management, supplies, meals and maintenance requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Team Leadership
Provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned shift.
Guides the implementation of the discharge planning process.
Guest Care & Advocacy
Completes assessments for individuals brought to the facility, developing treatment plans and recovery solutions in partnership with the individual.
Partners with the individual to obtain collateral information from the individual’s support team such as family members, friends, case managers and other area programs.
Compliance & Risk Management
Determines a provisional diagnosis, obtains documentation of medical necessity and submits authorizations for service in a timely fashion.
Completes clinical documentation as required.
Ensures incident reports are initiated, completed, reviewed and submitted according to policy.
Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
Adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.

Job Requirements
Education/Licenses:
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field; Associate Licensure in good standing; independent licensure preferred; state designation as required.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience.
Skills:
Ability to complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans; basic computer skills; effective communication; excellent documentation; de‑escalation training (state defined).
Driving Requirements:
Must meet all requirements outlined in the Recovery Innovations driving policy. If not qualified, a Non‑Driver Attestation form must be signed.
Miscellaneous Requirements:
Travel based on business need; meet comprehensive credentialing process; must be 18 years or older; maintain confidentiality (HIPAA); second‑chance employer.
Background & Testing:
Must pass a seven‑year background check, substance abuse testing (if applicable), education verification, fingerprint clearance (as required), and motor vehicle report (if driving).
Physical Demands May include working close to the eye line and substantial wrist, hand, and finger motions; frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling; eye‑hand‑foot coordination; use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses; lifting up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment Office environment or behavioral health facility; contact with agitated or confused individuals; travel throughout geographic region.

Education:
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
Licensure:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Registered Nurse (RN).
ADDENDUM – California – Art Works
Education:
Associate Degree required; Master’s preferred.
Licensure:
Peer Certification if Master’s not present.
Misc. Requirement:
3+ years of experience.

Education:

Licensure:
