Floating Customer Service Representative – Franconia, NH
Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a full‑time Floating Customer Service Representative to serve the Franconia, New Hampshire area, 40 hours per week. The role requires providing professional and confidential customer service by operating a customer service window with courtesy, promptness, efficiency, and accurately processing a wide variety of simple‑to‑complex customer banking transactions, including opening new accounts. On‑the‑job training is provided and experience with cash is helpful.
Responsibilities
Process a variety of basic transactions for customers with limited differences or errors.
Efficiently carry out opening and closing procedures.
Navigate effectively through frontline software applications.
Maintain a basic understanding of bank products.
Recognize opportunities to cross‑sell and make partner referrals.
Consistently meet established standards for providing the highest level of customer service as outlined in the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Brand Best Practices guide.
Qualifications
Customer service experience and a working knowledge of Windows.
Interest and experience in customer service.
An individual who enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, team environment.
Experience with cash is helpful and on‑the‑job training is provided.
