Executive Assistant – General Dynamics Information Technology
The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to federal staff at a government agency in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
Provides executive-level administrative and operational support.
Manages scheduling, communications, and office logistics—arranging and coordinating meetings, booking spaces, drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up with participants.
Creates, reviews, and briefs administrative and operational reports as required.
Ensures efficient coordination, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Performs other duties and supports special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related discipline; at least 6 years of related experience.
Prior experience providing executive-level administrative and operational support, including scheduling, communications, and office logistics.
Strong attention to detail, administrative and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and independently meet deadlines.
Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Additional Requirements
This position requires an existing Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.
This role and associated duties will be performed on site at a government facility located in Washington, DC.
