Executive Assistant – General Dynamics Information Technology
The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to federal staff at a government agency in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
- Provides executive-level administrative and operational support.
- Manages scheduling, communications, and office logistics—arranging and coordinating meetings, booking spaces, drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up with participants.
- Creates, reviews, and briefs administrative and operational reports as required.
- Ensures efficient coordination, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Performs other duties and supports special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related discipline; at least 6 years of related experience.
- Prior experience providing executive-level administrative and operational support, including scheduling, communications, and office logistics.
- Strong attention to detail, administrative and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and independently meet deadlines.
- Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Additional Requirements
- This position requires an existing Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.
- This role and associated duties will be performed on site at a government facility located in Washington, DC.
