Digital Ad Sales Planner

Base pay range:
$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to build digital media plans aligned with client goals and budgets.
Develop proposals, forecasts, and inventory plans across digital channels.
Price, package, and optimize digital ad products to maximize revenue.
Coordinate with Ad Ops to ensure accurate setup, trafficking, and campaign execution.
Manage pacing, delivery, and optimization throughout campaign lifecycles.
Pull and analyze performance data; create post-campaign reports and insights.
Maintain inventory availability, rate cards, and product documentation.
Support RFP responses and custom client requests.
Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
CRM system experience (Salesforce) a plus.
Experience as a Title Clerk, lending, or F&I (Finance & Insurance) environment preferred.
2 years of relevant experience required.
