Who We Are Skyline Wealth Strategies (SWS), a growing family office platform serving 200+ high‑net‑worth families (HNWFs) with $5–$50M balance sheets, is seeking a licensed RIA Operator / Senior Wealth Advisor to install, operate, and serve as the responsible person for the firm’s new Registered Investment Advisor entity. This is a key leadership hire with long‑term ownership potential who will integrate the RIA offering into Skyline’s overall wealth platform and serve our families with fiduciary excellence.

What We’re Building SWS is positioning itself as the go‑to wealth partner for HNWFs focused on tax‑efficient legacy planning, retirement distribution strategies, and institutional‑grade alternative investments. This next phase will install a fully licensed RIA entity — separate, properly governed, and operated under its own regulatory structure — with Fidelity and Schwab as custodians. We will leverage a third‑party institutional platform to power all asset management recommendations using subadvised and separately managed strategies. There will be no internal investment products or self‑managed assets.
