Gpac partnered with a general contractor looking to add a Senior Estimator to their team. They need a Senior Estimator with structural concrete and steel to lead a new team.
Senior Estimator Requirements
Previous experience as an Estimator
Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to run the site efficiently and effectively
Enforce Project‑Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies
Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract administration, etc.
