GPAC has partnered with a general contractors looking to add a General Superintendent to their team. They are specifically looking for a General Superintendent with structural concrete and steel to lead a new team.
Superintendent Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Superintendent
Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
