What to Expect The program accelerates a career in sales by rotating through several training elements, providing guided development, on‑the‑job learning, exposure, and mentorship.
Learn:
Participate in workshops and learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
Engage in training sessions to understand products, services, sales techniques, and processes.
Shadow:
Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe client interactions, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.
Observe the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including customer relationship management and post‑sale support.
Develop:
Seek feedback from mentors, supervisors, and peers to enhance skills and performance.
Participate in performance evaluations and assessments to track progress, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and set professional goals.

Program Graduation Upon completion, graduates move into selected sales destination roles, reflecting individual preferences and business needs.
Responsibilities
Provide support to the sales team, including outlining project tasks and timelines, prospecting for new leads, and handling customer inquiries.
Assist in developing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation required for closing deals.
Support sales projects and initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide information about products or services.
Capture customer feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance the overall experience.
Take initiative to learn new sales techniques, tools, and technologies that can contribute to success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (1‑3 years of experience accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree).
Strong desire for a sales‑focused role and eagerness to learn about products, services, sales technologies, and processes.
Self‑motivated with a track record of driving results.
Excellent customer‑service aptitude and ability to address needs effectively.
Flexible and open to change.
Previous professional experience or internships in sales is preferred.
