Infant Lead Teacher – The Learning Experience Ramsey
Location: The Learning Experience – Ramsey, NJ Pay: $17 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
About The Learning Experience The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our infant classroom provides a warm, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment where babies can explore, grow, and thrive.
If you love working with infants and want to be part of a supportive and friendly daycare and preschool center, we’d love to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, responsive, and nurturing care to infants ages 6 weeks–12 months.
Support feeding, diapering, nap schedules, and individualized routines.
Engage infants in early learning activities such as tummy time, music, sensory play, and simple language experiences.
Communicate daily with families regarding routines, milestones, and daily updates.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing and safety standards.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred.
CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework a plus (not required).
Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Must meet all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.
