LHH is currently searching for a Paid Search Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of digital marketing experience and a proven track record of success in Google Ads, preferably within the retail space. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns, primarily using Google Ads
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics; provide actionable insights to improve ROI
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page recommendations
Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize results
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media
Support other paid media efforts including social, display, and programmatic campaigns as needed
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and creative
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in paid search management
Highly proficient in Google Ads; strong understanding of all campaign types, targeting options, and optimization techniques
Hands‑on expertise with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with other paid media channels (social, display, programmatic) is a plus
Ability to work onsite in the Dallas area
