Overview We are seeking a skilled

Google Ads and Paid Search Specialist

to manage, optimize, and scale our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads and Video. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital ad platforms, and a proven track record of achieving measurable ROI through targeted advertising strategies. This is an on‑site position, not remote.

Responsibilities

Google Ads Management

Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams on visual ad assets.

Implement tracking parameters and ensure accurate measurement (UTM, conversion tracking, GA4).

Paid Media & Digital Ad Buying

Execute paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic networks.

Develop full-funnel advertising strategies tailored to business objectives.

Manage media budgets, forecast performance, and ensure cost efficiency.

Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, audience refinement, and creative performance analysis.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, impression share, conversions, and others.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Ads Manager dashboards to analyze user behavior and campaign results.

Qualifications

4‑year degree preferred.

2‑4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets and proven results.

Strong knowledge of PPC, paid social, retargeting, and attribution models.

Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.

High proficiency in data analysis, Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools.

Excellent communication, copywriting, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and hit performance targets.
