ey Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, high-level support to the CEO, including complex calendar management across multiple time zones and global markets
Manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, regulatory considerations, and real-time changes
Act as a strategic gatekeeper, prioritizing communications and managing correspondence in alignment with business and regulatory sensitivities
Prepare, review, and edit executive materials, including board decks, investor presentations, earnings-related documents, and briefing memos
Coordinate board meetings, executive committee meetings, and investor or client engagements, including logistics, materials, and follow-up
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership, board members, regulators, clients, and external partners
Track action items and ensure timely execution of CEO priorities across business units
Handle highly confidential information related to financial performance, transactions, compensation, and governance with absolute discretion
Support ad hoc projects, transactions, and initiatives requiring independent judgment and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
8-12+ years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive within financial services (investment banking, asset management, private equity, hedge fund, broker-dealer, or similar)
Demonstrated experience supporting board and investor-facing activity
Strong understanding of the pace, professionalism, and confidentiality required in regulated financial environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines with composure
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Ability and willingness to work onsite in New York City
