Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting

Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritizing requests with discretion

Prepare materials for executive meetings, board presentations, and senior leadership forums

Coordinate across HR leadership and key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CHRO

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within financial services or similarly regulated environments

Proven ability to manage competing priorities with poise and precision

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools

Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and executive presence

This is a highly visible role offering close partnership with a senior executive and exposure to enterprise-level initiatives within a dynamic financial services organization.
