Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
About The Learning Experience The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team of early childhood educators. Our infant program provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where babies grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the infant classroom, ensuring a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for each child.
Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage sensory exploration and early developmental growth.
Partner with families to communicate daily routines, milestones, and progress updates.
Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain consistency and quality in care.
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
ECE certification (required) for Infant Teacher level in Massachusetts.
At least 6 months of professional childcare experience (1+ year preferred).
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
