About the Role The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a warm, attentive, and skilled
Infant Teacher
to join our early childhood education team. Our infant classroom offers a caring, developmentally supportive environment where babies can learn, grow, and reach important early milestones.
This role is ideal for an ECE‑certified educator who enjoys building nurturing relationships and creating a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
What You’ll Do
Provide consistent, responsive care in a safe and nurturing infant classroom.
Support each child’s developmental needs through sensory activities, language exposure, and purposeful interactions.
Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to guide early learning and exploration.
Partner with families by sharing daily updates, developmental progress, and classroom experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized environment that meets Massachusetts EEC licensing and health standards.
Collaborate with co‑teachers and center leadership to ensure high‑quality care and program consistency.
Qualifications
Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification
required.
Minimum
6 months of professional experience
working with infants; 1+ year preferred.
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Strong understanding of
developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
and infant behavior patterns.
