Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; flexibility as needed

Navigate confidential and complex schedules, balancing priorities across teams and C‑suite leaders
Coordinate with stakeholders while optimizing time and resources
Support internal operations, policies, and compliance in partnership with the executive and HR teams

Proven experience supporting C‑level executives in complex environments
Exceptional adaptability, professionalism, and cross‑functional influence
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in high‑stakes settings
