Competitive Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $85,000 – $95,000 plus quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually).

Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects

Managing and supervising RBTs and BTs to ensure high‑quality ABA service delivery.

Conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment goals, and creating evidence‑based intervention plans.

Leading monthly family and caregiver training sessions.

Collaborating with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client care.

Qualifications for BCBA Candidates

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.

Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
