We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, clients, and vendors. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations by providing administrative support, managing front desk activities, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, visitor logs, and general inquiries
Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Track and handle eCommerce shipping labels and related documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred)
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Professional demeanor with a customer service focused mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic office software, including Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling tools
Work Environment Office-based position with frequent interaction with visitors and staff.
Requires sitting, standing, and light administrative tasks throughout the day.
