Job Summary This position is responsible for processing payroll in compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures, coordinating purchasing activities and other various finance duties.

Responsibilities

Perform the full payroll process, including payroll processing on the in-house ERP system.

Calculate and withhold deductions.

Handle tax reporting and filing.

Maintain payroll records and manage compliance with payroll regulations.

Maintain and report to carriers all property liability insurance claims.

Purchase supplies and equipment for departments as needed and keep office supplies on hand.

Assist with Accounts Receivable duties.

Provide backup support for the Accounts Payable Clerk.
