Base pay range $65,395 – $81,744 per year (or $31.44/hr to $39.30/hr)
Responsibilities
Processing payroll in compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures, including full payroll processing on the in‑house ERP system, calculating and withholding deductions, tax reporting and filing, payroll record maintenance and compliance management.
Maintaining and reporting to carriers all property liability insurance claims.
Purchasing supplies and equipment for departments as needed and maintaining office supplies on‑hand.
Assisting with Accounts Receivable duties.
Providing backup for the Accounts Payable Clerk.
